Before installing the product, the installer, contractor hired by the customer or the customer himself is responsible for inspecting it and ensuring that it is not defective or damaged. If he notices a problem, he should not proceed with the installation. AGUA is not responsible for any failures, costs, damages or claims which could have been discovered, repaired or avoided by proper inspection and verification before installation.
