Covid-19 Related Shipping Update
Getting your order to you as quickly as possible is a priority for us.
Due to an increased volume of shipments by our 3rd party delivery partners, you may experience a delay with order delivery and availability of tracking details. The accuracy of shipping estimate are affected by carrier service delays. Estimates are based on business days after the order is processed. Larger shipments may experience an incremental delay by a few business days.
If you received a shipping email from Agua Canada and tracking information is not available within 24hrs, please allow a few extra business days before re-checking tracking. Our shipping partners provide tracking updates and, when tracking is not populated, The Agua Canada Customer Care team is unable to provide more details.
How to request an investigation
If your estimated delivery time has passed by more than 10 business days, please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will request a shipping investigation on your behalf.
